Every conversation, packet, and message is bound to your firm at the database layer, enforced on every query, not filtered as an afterthought. No firm can ever see another firm’s claimants.
Every human view is recorded
Any time a person (your staff or ours) opens a conversation, that view is written to an audit log before the transcript is shown. Privileged prospective-client conversations deserve a trail.
Deletion and retention you control
Set an automatic retention window, honor a claimant’s deletion request in one action, and export your firm’s complete data whenever you want it. Your cases are yours.
Billing that shows its work
Charges are computed against a capped, versioned rate card, every packet is disputable, and upheld disputes are credited. The invoice is an argument you can check, not a number you must trust.
