Simple enough to fit in one sentence.

Ninety-nine dollars a month for the platform, fifty dollars per qualified case, and not a cent for anything that isn’t one.

Founding Client

Platform$99 / mo
Per qualified case packet$50
Case-fee cap, first 3 months$500 / mo
Spam, solicitors, wrong numbers, duplicates$0

Worst-case first-quarter spend: $599/mo, less than a fraction of a single signed PI fee. Founding pricing is locked in for the firms that join now.

Billed in arrears: you see it before you pay it.

Your invoice arrives after the month closes, itemizing every qualified packet by name and date. Open any line, read the transcript, review the evidence. If a charge is wrong, dispute it right there: disconnected number, spam, already represented, outside your practice area, or duplicate. Upheld disputes are credited to your next invoice.

No lead bands, no per-minute meters, no usage tiers, no setup fee. The number on this page is the number on your invoice.

Three rules that protect your bill

Qualified means qualified

A packet bills only when it has verified contact, a real injury, your states, your practice areas, and a score above the threshold. Every element is checked before a dollar moves.

One claimant, one charge

The same injured person reaching out twice (different channel, different day, a typo in their email) is automatically detected and never billed twice. Dedupe runs on every packet.

Every charge has a paper trail

Each billed packet links to its transcript, its evidence, and its score breakdown. You never pay for something you can’t open and read.

What a month of ten cases costs

Same scenario — ten qualified personal-injury leads in a month — priced against published competitor rates.

Published pricing as of Aug 2026. Kayse: Standard $999/mo + minimum lead band $250/mo + $75 × 10 completed intakes, before voice/SMS usage fees. Burt: $99 + $50 × 10 (which is also the Founding cap). Answering Legal sells human receptionists by the minute; Relevint prices on a share of recovered revenue by sales quote.

Billing questions, answered straight

What if Burt sends me nothing this month?

Then you pay $99. Case fees only exist when qualified cases do.

When am I charged?

Monthly, in arrears, after the billing period closes, with a review window before settlement so you can inspect and dispute any packet first.

How does a dispute actually work?

From your billing page, flag the packet with a reason: disconnected number, spam, already represented, outside your practice area, or duplicate. A human reviews it against the transcript. Upheld disputes are credited to your balance on the next invoice.

What happens after the three-month cap?

Pricing stays $99 + $50 per qualified case — the cap is a Founding-period safety rail while you calibrate, not a teaser rate that jumps later.

Is there a setup fee or a long-term contract?

No setup fee. Burt is month to month.

One signed case pays for years of Burt.
