On Pro and Premium, Burt scores the lead first. You read the score, case type and summary. Then your team reviews the lead: mark it Qualified, or pick the reason it isn’t. After that you see the name, phone and email. There is no extra charge. On Free, you see them right away.
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing month, and you can undo them until then.
