8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. The specific tools we use include:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. Data is processed by Google LLC. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google Tag Manager (GTM): Manages and deploys analytics and marketing tags on our site. GTM itself does not collect personal data but enables other tools listed here.
- Microsoft Clarity: Session recording and heatmap tool that records anonymized visitor behavior (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling). No personally identifiable information is captured. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): Tracks conversions from our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and enables retargeting ads. This tool collects browsing data that Meta uses for ad personalization. See Meta's Data Policy.
Your choices: When you visit our site, we display a cookie consent banner. You may accept all cookies or opt out of advertising-related cookies (Meta Pixel ad targeting). Analytics cookies (GA4, Clarity) are enabled by default under a CCPA opt-out model, as they help us improve our service and do not constitute a "sale" of personal information under California law. You can also opt out of ad sharing at any time via the "Do Not Sell My Info" link in our footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling all cookies may affect site functionality.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
